Colorado Springs Family Residence

The owner bought this lot in the Mountain Shadows neighborhood and came to us to design and build on it. The site was the puzzle: it has street frontage on three sides, which breaks the usual idea of a front door and a back door.

So we designed the house to answer all three. The side where people actually arrive is, technically, the back. The formal front faces a different street. And the third side is given over to the view.
