Additions & remodels

Home Additions & Whole-Home Remodels in Colorado Springs

When a home is worth keeping but needs to live differently, we take on the substantial, structural work — with the same design-build team that builds our custom homes.

What we take on

We take on whole-home-scale additions — not handyman work.

The projects we’re built for are the ones that change how a home lives: second-story and primary-suite additions, kitchens and whole floors reworked, and full-home remodels. They’re designed and built the way our new homes are — one accountable team, engineered to fit the house you already own. If what you need is a small repair or a single cosmetic update, we’re honest that we’re not the right fit, and we’ll point you toward someone who is.

How it works

We design around the home you have, and price it before demo.

An addition to a home in use is its own kind of problem — it has to tie into existing structure, systems, and rooflines without looking bolted on. Because the people pricing and building the work help shape it from the start, we design to what your existing home and your budget can actually carry, and put real numbers to it before anything is opened up. For some families the honest answer is that a new build serves them better than a major addition; when that’s true, we’ll say so.

Addition & remodel questions, answered

What kinds of additions and remodels do you take on?

Substantial, structural work that changes how a home lives — second-story and primary-suite additions, kitchen and whole-floor reconfigurations, and full-home remodels. It's the same craftsmanship and the same team as our new custom homes, applied to a home you already own.

Do you do small repairs or single-room cosmetic updates?

Generally no. We're a custom design-build team, not a handyman service, so we're the right fit for whole-home-scale projects rather than minor repairs. If a smaller job is what you need, we'll tell you early and point you toward someone better suited.

Every intro call ends one of three ways

  1. 1We hit it off and start talking design.
  2. 2I tell you honestly what kind of builder you actually need and point you to someone in my network — so you don't have to vet 20 builders.
  3. 3It's too early, and I give you homework.

Either way, you get 30 years of building distilled into 30 minutes.
