Castle Rock Hillside Residence

From Andy: I know this house looks like a rendering. It’s real — I drove past it again just this week, and I believe the original owners still live there.

This home is the hybrid model working the way it should: the owners engaged a pedigreed architect for the design, brought us to the table early as their builder, and we carried scope and budget through the design phase and then built it — fully custom in every way, shape, and form, down to the car lift in the garage.

It sits up on its terraced hillside in Castle Rock like it was placed there by hand — which, in every sense that matters, it was.
