Castle Rock Hillside Residence

From Andy: I know this house looks like a rendering. It’s real — I drove past it again just this week, and I believe the original owners still live there.

This home shows the other way we work with architects: the owners came to us first, and we brought Brian Bucher of Bucher Design Studio to the table, because what they were after called for his particular eye. We carried scope and budget through the design phase and then built it — fully custom in every way, shape, and form, down to the car lift in the garage.

It sits up on its terraced hillside in Castle Rock like it was placed there by hand — which, in every sense that matters, it was.
