About this project

The story of Colorado Springs Modern Prairie Residence.

This home was rebuilt after the Waldo Canyon Fire — and it was our very first Parade of Homes entry.

It was well received, and it is easy to see why: a modern prairie design with confident color and a staircase worth a second look. The gallery includes before-and-after views of the site.

The owners were wonderful to work with.
