Cheyenne Lodge

Cheyenne Lodge is an event venue at The Broadmoor. Before this project it was a tired, boxy building that looked nothing like a lodge, and the concepts drawn up to fix that hadn’t landed.

Bob McGrath Construction, the general contractor, brought Andy in. We came with ideas for what the building could become, brought Mark Nelson Architects to the table, and designed the transformation together. Working under Bob McGrath Construction, we carried out the work; Texas Timber Frames fabricated the timber structure, and we raised it on site.
