Monument Cape Cod Residence

The owners wanted a true Cape Cod home — in the pines of Monument, Colorado. We designed it in collaboration with David Langley Architects.

All through design we kept offering ways to work a little Colorado into it. They stayed faithful to the Cape Cod tradition at every turn, and the house is better for the discipline. It was later featured in a regional magazine.
