We just broke ground on a brand new custom home in Woodland Park. This 3,800 square foot three bed/three bath ranch-style home has a nice, open floor plan and a focus on main-level living. It was designed in conjunction with David Langley, one of the most well-known architects in the area.

(We’ve collaborated with David Langley many times over the years, including building a home for the Bruce Family, which we posted about recently).

We’ve built many homes in the mountains surrounding Colorado Springs, including Florissant, Divide, Larkspur, Woodland Park, and more. This will be a fun project, and we will post pictures as the home is built.
