On Wednesday morning we broke ground on our eleventh Waldo Canyon fire rebuild, in the Parkside neighborhood in Mountain Shadows.
Julie is a wonderful lady who first met us at our 2013 Parade Home on Mirror Lake Ct, and was so impressed with what she saw (both with the house itself and the surrounding neighborhood) that she bought a lot across the street and hired us to build her a custom home.
Today we broke ground on a new custom home in the Black Forest near the northeast side of Colorado Springs. Like many of our previous clients, Joy is relocating from California to Colorado, and building her dream home here in the mountains.
