This evening we had a “key ceremony” at Terry Rector’s home, where we handed over the keys to his new home and drank a toast to celebrate. Terry was one of more than 175 people in the Parkside neighborhood who lost a home to the Waldo Canyon fire in Mountain Shadows.

The Rector residence served as a basis for our Gray’s Peak floor plan, which is a 2,952 sq ft 2-Story plan. We are happy to have been able to work with Terry in rebuilding his home. Terry was recently featured in a story by KKTV, talking more about his experience losing his home.
