Custom Home in Mountain Shadows – Mamalakis Residence (Waldo Canyon Fire Rebuild #03)

Today, we popped a bottle of champagne and celebrated another completed home! We turned over the keys to Peg Mamalakis, who has now returned home after losing her original house in the Waldo Canyon fire back in summer of 2012. (Peg is a resident of the Parkside neighborhood; the area in Mountain Shadows that was hit hardest by the fire.)

Peg’s new home had some fun features that her original home didn’t have, including a brand new yoga room, and more. Her home served as the inspiration for our “El Diente” 2,132 sq ft Ranch Style floor plan. Read more about Peg’s story in an article in Religion Today.
