In the midst of our busy Colorado Springs Parade of Homes season, we’re cranking away building the Log School Park on the corner of Shoup Rd and Black Forest Rd. Have you seen the pavilion as it’s going up? Some of the timber being used in the structure is Ponderosa Pine that was reclaimed after the Black Forest Fire burned the area.

The Park will be open soon, and will be a central part of the Black Forest Festival on August 16th, 2014. This great event will feature a Parade, a Pancake Breakfast, and more. We hope to see you there during the park commemoration! For more details on the festival, click here.
